The couple’s vision of a modern, intimate black and white wedding with a romantic ambiance was brought to life through meticulous design and attention to detail. A custom monogram, crafted for the couple, was elegantly incorporated throughout the event, gracing printed materials and even the wedding cake. The use of luxe acrylic signage and accents added a touch of sophistication, with elements such as a layered bar menu, cards & gifts sign, petal toss station signage, guestbook sign, layered table numbers, and a sweetheart table sign, which the couple cherished as a keepsake.
Decals played a significant role in enhancing the venue’s aesthetic, featuring a romantic quote on the floor, a statement wall decal serving as a photo backdrop, a love quote adorning the bar, and the couple’s monogram tastefully displayed on the money box, cake plate, and champagne glasses. Mirror decals were thoughtfully placed in the bathrooms and the bride’s room, providing perfect selfie spots, while gold vinyl adorned the marble Nikkah tray, adding a touch of elegance.
Foamcore signage was utilized for the welcome sign, a seating chart featuring layered acrylic displaying the couple’s names, a DJ booth sign, and a “capture the love” sign encouraging guests to upload their photos via a QR code. A dessert station sign added to the cohesive aesthetic. On each guest’s plate, luxe textured cardstock thank you cards were placed alongside place cards, and black and white photos of the couple accompanied by love quotes adorned the welcome wall. Reserved seat signs were thoughtfully provided for the Nikkah ceremony.
Favours included custom-made gift boxes for the Nikkah ceremony and tic-tac boxes with personalized labels at the reception. Notably, custom-made petal cones were created for guests to shower the bride and groom with rose petals after the ceremony, adding a romantic touch. We came up with the welcome wall concept, which transformed the venue’s shelves into a display of the couple’s journey, featuring a welcome sign, black and white photos, and love quotes, all beautifully complemented by romantic candles arranged by SKPD Events.
All florals and candles were expertly installed by SKPD Events, contributing to the overall romantic and elegant atmosphere of the celebration.
